Cuping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing method that may ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other issues. It uses suction to pull on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area. Cupping causes bruising and can lead to skin infection. There’s mixed evidence on the benefits of cupping, but the treatment risks are generally low.

Dry Needling Therapy

Dry needling is a treatment that healthcare providers use for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. With this technique, a provider inserts thin needles into or near your trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. This helps relieve pain and improve your range of motion.

IASTM Therapy

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a physical therapy technique that uses specialized tools to treat soft tissue and musculoskeletal issues. It's a popular manual therapy technique that can help with pain, mobility, and healing.

Chiropractic

Chiropractic therapy is a type of alternative medicine that uses the hands to treat musculoskeletal issues. It's often used to treat back pain, neck pain, and headaches.

Taping Therapy

Taping therapy is a technique that uses tape to treat muscles, joints, and tendons. It can help with pain, mobility, and stability.
