Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in INR (₹) via secure payment gateways including UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking through Razorpay. Full payment is required upfront for bookings. Orders/services will be confirmed only after successful payment verification. We accept cash at the clinic as well.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Prices for physiotherapy sessions, packages, and services are displayed on our website and are inclusive of applicable GST. Additional charges may apply for home visits or specialized equipment. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations before service delivery may be accommodated at our discretion, but no refunds for paid amounts. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur full charges.

4. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order/service is not confirmed due to technical issues, the amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 working days. Contact us if no refund is received within this timeframe.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate billing and health information. No fraudulent transactions or misuse of services allowed. Fraudulent activity will lead to account suspension and legal action.

6. Security & Privacy

We do not store your card details. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant gateway. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from payment failures, delays by third-party providers, or service issues.
